On October 10, 2025, Paramasivam Pushpalatha, lovingly referred to as Pushpa, died a preventable death while making products for Victoria’s Secret as a garment worker at a Brandix factory in Sri Lanka. Her coworkers witnessed and reported that her supervisor repeatedly denied her leave when she fell ill at the factory. The problem doesn’t end there. Following her death, other workers, union organizers, and Pushpa's family members reported death threats and intimidation for speaking up, including threats of sexual violence. So, why Victoria's Secret?
Victoria's Secret is Brandix's single largest buyer. They publicly praise Brandix for "supply chain excellence". We’re demanding Victoria's Secret use its power to hold Brandix accountable. Help us seek justice for Pushpa and protect her coworkers by participating in the No Secrets Week of Action.
